Saturday $700 plus $1.5 per person

Friday and Sunday $500 plus $1.5 per person

Monday through Thursday  $300 plus $1.5 per person 

Discounts

If you cater meal service with our partner Sage on Laurel, the per person charge is waived, plus you receive a 10% venue discount. For events that will utilize Sage on Laurel appetizer and bar service only, the per person charge is waived.

 Additionally, we offer significant discounts for: 

 Non- profits

 Repeat rental (weekly, monthly)

 Extended rental (3+ days)

Rental Inclusions

Your rental includes complimentary use of:

-40 padded banquet chars. 

-8 folding tables. 

-Podium

-Single speaker P/A system 

-Trash cans, stocked bathroom

We can help with arrangements for the following, or you can provide your own:

-Table cloths/cloth napkins

-Additional or different style of tables and chairs

-Valet Parking

-Decor, flowers, table centerpieces

-DJ or full sound system
